BEACON & BALM – TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE
Beacon & Balm provides Advocacy services based on "Lived Experience." I am not a lawyer, solicitor, or legal professional. My services do not constitute legal advice. Any action you take based on our sessions is your own responsibility.

2. PAYMENT & COMMENCEMENT
No work, consultation, or advocacy service will begin until full payment has been cleared. For "The Sanctuary Collection" products, items will only be dispatched once payment is confirmed.

3. NO-REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Because my services are built on the dedication of my time and lived expertise, I do not offer refunds once a booking is made or a product is purchased.

4. RIGHT TO TERMINATE
I reserve the right to terminate the advocacy relationship at any time if I feel the partnership is no longer productive, respectful, or aligned with the mission of fairness and truth. In the event of termination by Beacon & Balm, no refunds will be issued for time already spent.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Success in advocacy or legal outcomes is never guaranteed. By using this service, you agree that Beacon & Balm is not liable for the outcome of any case, hearing, or personal situation.
